Last Monday we launched Silver Sport Transmissions. I have to tell you, it was exciting to see the result of weeks of effort, late nights and early mornings, and lots of coffee culminating in over 100 quote requests into our office on the first day of business.
I am thankful to be surrounded by great staff who have made this opening go so well. Our sales department is top notch – and fanatical about customer service and getting our custom-engineered after-market transmissions quickly and efficiently into the hands of car enthusiasts across the country. I have sat and listened to them take calls from customers and quickly realized that this is not just about sales – but a love affair with classic American cars.
This afternoon, I heard the sales department making plans to work next Monday May 26 so they could complete the rest of the quotations we have received this week.
